Game-1 offer a range of delivery options to suit all pockets. Please see the below frequently asked questions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
When will my order be dispatched?
Royal Mail 1st Class are usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 2:00 Monday-Friday, Free SuperSaver delivery items don't have an order cut-off time, as we aim for the package to be delivered within 5 working days from the date of ordering.
How much will delivery cost:
SuperSaver Delivery - FREE (All Orders over £50)
Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery - £2.99
Royal Mail 1st Class orders are generally delivered in 1-3 working days, SuperSaver delivery orders are generally delivered within 5 working days.
Can I track the status of my order?
All items dispatched are sent with a tracking number which will be E-mailed once your order has been dispatched. You can then check the progress of your order via Royal Mail and our couriers websites from dispatch to delivery.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Currently we are only able to ship orders to the registered/confirmed address for your Credit Card/Google Checkout account.
My Order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers enabling you to check the status of your delivery once it's been dispatched. For Royal Mail 1st class and SuperSaver delivery items Royal Mail have upto 15 days to deliver an item before it can be reported as missing in there network, therefore we are unable to send out a replacement if the original item goes missing before this timescale has passed. If your order has been dispatched more than 15 working days ago and has still not arrived please E-mail us so we can report it missing and get a replacement dispatched.
