Returns

We want to you be happy with your purchases from us, which is why we have a simple return policy if you are unhappy with an item for whatever reason, or if a fault develops.

If you change your mind you can return an item back to us anytime up to 7 days after you receive it. All we ask is the item is in the same condition it was received, with all seals intact. We don't believe it's fair to charge a restocking fee for simply changing your mind, which is why the full cost of the product will be refunded to you within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

If in the unlikely event an item is faulty, you will need to organize for it to be sent back to us, and we will send a replacement out as soon as the faulty item has been received.

For larger items such as speakers we will arrange a courier pickup of the item to return them to us, for smaller items we recommend you send them back using Royal Mail's Signed For service to ensure products are received safely and not lost in transit.

For faulty item returns we will credit the postage costs back to you upon receipt of the goods.
